2. Order
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the information regarding the products, price, billing, and shipping address.

3. Delivery
- Our normal delivery time is 3-7 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

4. Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust the price due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices caused by incorrect information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of an ordered item.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: - You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to support@hobnobbit.com. In your message, clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and specify which items the return applies to.
- You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation of the item's value due to use or damage from the refund amount.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been specifically made for you or have a clear personal touch according to your specifications.

6. Complaints and Claims
- We inspect all products before dispatching them to you. If the product is still damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error at no cost.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
- Any faults and defects should always be reported to support@hobnobbit.com, providing your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
- If we are unable to rectify the fault or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the Consumer Complaints Board.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
- We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, war, official decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
- Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur depending on the display, photo quality, and resolution.
