2. Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. It shows the products, price, billing address and delivery address.
If anything in the order confirmation is wrong, email us straight away at support@hobnobbit.com.
3. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Sweden, and delivery within the EU normally takes 4–10 working days. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. Rates and delivery zones are listed in our shipping policy.
If your delivery is delayed and we have not been in touch about it, contact us at support@hobnobbit.com.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency you have chosen and include VAT. We may change prices in the shop, but the price in your order confirmation applies to your order. The exception is obvious pricing errors.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, and under Swedish law a three-year right to complain about faulty goods. Our returns policy explains how to cancel a purchase, return an item or report a fault. It also includes the EU's information about your legal guarantee rights.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by a product. Nor are we liable for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, war, strikes, decisions by authorities or missed deliveries from suppliers. If a supplier changes a product, it may differ slightly from the description here.
7. Product information
We reserve the right to correct misprints and for items to sell out. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and the image quality. We try to photograph our products as true to life as we can.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies, small text files stored in your browser so that various features work. They can also be used to see how you move around the website. Swedish law requires us to tell you this. You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Read more in our privacy policy.
9. Personal data
We only collect the data we need to handle your order. We share it with companies that help us complete your purchase: the payment providers Klarna and Stripe and the carriers PostNord and DHL. If you subscribe to our newsletter, it is handled in Klaviyo. Our privacy policy explains how we process your data and what rights you have.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will publish any changes here. Your purchase is covered by the terms that applied when you placed your order.
11. Disputes and applicable law
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can also help. These terms are governed by Swedish law, which does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you have in your own country.
