DIY Kit: Resin Casting – Jar with Lid

The set includes with all the materials and instructions you need. All you need to have at home are some weighing scales. If you love handcrafted home decor, this kit is just the thing. Here, you can make the cutest small pot with lid using the resin casting mix, a mixing bowl and stirrer.

The casting process is simple and straightforward. First, mix the casting powder with water – stir it together to form a uniform mass – and mix in the paint using circular movements to create a beautiful marbling effect. Then allow it to harden for 2–3 hours. If you wish, you can also add a pretty motif to the lid using the included template.

The finished jar makes an elegant container for storing jewellery and other small items – or the perfect container for a homemade soy candle
