Cutting through this low-memory foam is effortless using a knife or saw, allowing you to achieve intricate detailing with ease. By simply pressing any object onto the surface, you can create a variety of structures such as buildings, walls, pavements, and more.

Thanks to its outstanding chemical resistance, you can securely bond this foam using various types of glue like PVA glue, tuft glue, glue gun, and cyanoacrylate glue. Plus, painting it is a breeze, as it readily accepts any type of paint, whether water-based or solvent-based.

To ensure a smooth finish, you can seal the tiny granules of the foam by applying a diluted coat of white glue or a primer. This step adds an extra layer of protection and enhances the overall appearance of your project.

Please take note of the following warnings:

• Phenolic foams are not compatible with hotwire cutting tools due to their heat resistance up to 300ºF (or 150ºC).
• It is important to clean all metal tools thoroughly after cutting phenolic foam to prevent long-term corrosion.
• Although we have made efforts to refine the lamination process, please be aware that the thickness may vary by 0-1mm due to its inherent complexity.
